The study aimed to assess the implementation of the scheme during the period 2017-18 to 2019-20. The evaluation focused on determining its effectiveness and relevance to evolving trade needs, with the objective of supporting the continuation of the scheme from 2020-21 to 2024-25 for the sustained growth and development of the Coir Industry.
