Job Specifications:

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from product definition and planning through development, production, and release. Define and execute product strategy and roadmap.

• Provide deep technical leadership across modern technology stacks including Microsoft C#, ASP.NET Framework 4.8, .NET Core, JavaScript, jQuery, APIs, Web Services, SQL Server, DCOM Server deployment, OLAP, React/React JS, system integrations, MySQL, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure/AWS cloud platforms. Oversee development and testing environments, deployments, client delivery, troubleshooting, and long-term product maintenance.

• Manage and mentor product engineering, testing, and client service teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. Drive performance, workload balance, and accountability while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

• Continuously evolve system architecture to support changing business requirements, third-party integrations, scalability, and modular expansion on existing platforms.
• Support product demonstrations and collaborate closely with business analysis and sales teams to drive client acquisition and solution positioning.

• Make strategic technology decisions that enhance organizational capability, performance, and scalability. Contribute to talent development, workforce planning, and skills enhancement within the engineering organization.

• Engage directly with customers and partners as needed, including occasional international travel for requirements gathering, partnership development, and client service.

• Report to the Vice President / Vertical Head of Product Business.

Desired Experience:

• Incumbent with 12-16 years hands on experience in product management, architecture, design and development of enterprise and SaaS applications.
•Aspirant must have over 5+ years of .Net coding experience with 5 years of team management exposure is desired.

Qualification:

• B.E/ B. Tech/ MCA , a post-graduation in management would be an added advantage.
• Microsoft certifications in .NET 4.0, A project management certification (eg. PMP) would be a plus

Key Skills Required:

•Experience in delivering large scale software products and an ability to handle multiple competing priorities.

•A strong track record of managing software development with multiple teams, and a track record of shipping software on time.

•Well versed with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration/development (CI/CD) process

•Deep hands-on technical expertise with a strong technical vision with an in-depth understanding of programming concepts, methodologies and design patterns.

•Excellent in conceptualization, design, layering and abstraction skills, Sound knowledge of cloud infrastructure and the Microsoft technologies stack.

•Passionate and self-motivated, inner drive to succeed. Strong appetite for constant learning and keeping oneself up to date on relevant software development and technology trends.

•Should possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills. Have positive approach towards problem solving, handing resource issues and managing customer expectations.

•Should have rich expertise in designing distributed n-tier applications; Object Oriented Analysis, Component based design; .NET 4.0 Framework, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, SQL SERVER Analysis, Reporting & Integration services, .NET Interop services.

•Should be well versed in .NET technology and its advanced concepts like Remoting, .Net patterns, Web services, Reflection, Concurrency issues in disconnected architecture etc.

•Knowledge of algorithms or statistical package design (R-Soft, Mat Lab, .NET MATH libraries, LINDO), E-Business development, COM (desirable, but not mandatory). Working knowledge of OLAP and Business Intelligence (BI) applications.

•Excellent verbal, written communication ability and inter-personal skills. Can work effectively with cross functional teams
